Alex Nguyen — Pharmacist & Founder of ZensiaCare
Alex Nguyen is a Vietnamese pharmacist with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and wellness sectors.
His experience supporting international friends seeking healthcare services in Vietnam inspired him to establish ZensiaCare. From dental care and health check-ups to specialist consultations and aesthetic procedures, he helped them find suitable providers, arrange appointments, prepare medical documents, and navigate language barriers.
These experiences revealed a common challenge for international patients: finding reliable healthcare providers and navigating an unfamiliar healthcare system can be difficult without local knowledge and support.
ZensiaCare was founded to make healthcare in Vietnam more accessible to international patients through trusted provider connections, transparent information, and personalized care coordination.
Our role is to simplify the healthcare journey, from finding suitable providers and arranging appointments to coordinating follow-up support, while medical decisions and treatment remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.
